Performing Arts

From Grades  through 12, King's-Edgehill School students may study any of the performing arts offered at the school. From music to theatre, students can explore creative and performative interest. The following performing arts are offered at the school:
Most of all, expert instruction and exposure to music and musical instruments characterizes our music department. Students who require tutoring outside of class will discover that professional instruction is available every day in all instruments. Regular coffeehouses create great school spirit, but also provide a fun evening that showcases student talent in a non-intimidating environment.

The Cadet Band also provides music students with leadership and performance opportunities throughout the school year. Annual events including Remembrance Day, the Sunset Ceremony, and the Cadet Inspection, require that the band perform publicly while marching.
King’s-Edgehill School is located in Mi'kma'ki, the unceded ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq People.
