Making Spirits Bright with Youth in Action

Youth in Action (YIA) took off in their holiday sleigh (KES van) to deliver toys, games, and all sort of gifts for local West Hants families. For our annual Toy Drive, we team up with West Hants Family Resource Centre to help provide a little extra under Christmas trees for their families. This was a wonderful year of giving, and we offer a warm thank you to all the KES students, families, faculty, and staff that participated in this year’s drive. Your generosity has warmed our hearts!

In addition to the toy drive, YIA rallied students and made homemade holiday greeting cards to be dispersed to Windsor Elms Village residents. We hope these cheerfully decorated cards made with love and care will bring smiles to their recipients.

Happy Holidays!
