Top Marksmanship Cadets Recognized

To become great at marksmanship it takes learning the fundamentals, great coaching, and the desire to improve with each practice. This week, the skillful shooting of the top shots in the 254 were recognized! They were presented with certificates and marksmanship badges on parade.

Master Corporal Emery Endres '28 is now marksman qualified. With 3.0-centimetre groupings she receives her cross rifles badge and certificate for qualifying! Well done on your new qualification Emery! She is the youngest cadet this year to receive her marksman badge.

Warrant Officer Lillian Blois '27 and Warrant Officer Rowan Francis '27 have both qualified as First Class Marksman. To achieve this qualification the grouping size they shot is less than 2.5 centimetres. That’s impressive!

Both Lillian and Rowan went on the Air Rifle Marksmanship course at Argonaut Cadet Training Centre this summer. Along with the skills they have gained they both have improved significantly and have grown in confidence!

We have a tremendous group to be proud of!
